My stay at the hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the excellent service and stunning location. The staff were incredibly responsive to all our needs, making our time there feel special and accommodating. While the rooms were beautiful and spacious, there was an issue with the mattress sagging at the edges, which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. The overall dining experience was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious food options available. I would definitely return, but I hope the room maintenance is improved for a perfect experience next time.

I had a very mixed experience at the hotel. While I faced significant issues with the room temperature control and found the service lacking in this aspect, I did have a memorable journey thanks to an outstanding driver. On the other hand, another hotel I stayed at provided an absolutely fantastic experience with luxurious accommodations, delightful food, and exceptional service that exceeded all my expectations.
